When the portfolio development service at Careers Without Borders was producing inconsistent results, I rebuilt it from the ground up, introducing both a new product and a new methodology. The Deluxe Portfolio tier, the organisation's first custom Next.js portfolio product, became the flagship offering. Rebuilding Basquiat Capital's Institutional Website with Zero Downtime Migration
Basquiat Capital, an institutional investment and capital advisory firm, required a complete website rebuild that reflected the credibility of the firm while maintaining zero disruption to investor traffic at any point during the transition. I rebuilt the site from the ground up in Next.js 14, Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion, and executed a zero-downtime domain and hosting migration on Vercel, including a full GitHub repository transfer.

I designed, developed and shipped a suite of 5 Claude Cowork plugins as an independent R&D initiative: Content Generator, Deluxe Portfolio Studio, Portfolio Review Generator, Code Intelligence Audit and Client Report Formatter. All 5 plugins are in active production use today, reducing manual effort on equivalent workflows by approximately 30%.
